Submission of papers

Note that the official language of the conference is English.

The proceedings will be published by Springer Verlag as a Lecture Notes in Computer Science volume.

Articles should be prepared according to the LNCS recommendations and templates (see below) and they should be at most twelve (12) pages long.

All papers must be submitted in electronic format as PDF files in our online conference management system ConfTool before the submission deadline.

The deadline for the submission of a communication is firm: April 8, 2009.

To submit a paper, please use preferably the automated conference tool

in the Contributor's Corner. Otherwise please send an extended abstract (12 pages) by e-mail to

dgci2009@uqam.ca

in pdf and/or ps format.

Authors will be notified on June 1, 2009.

Final versions of accepted papers are due on July 6, 2009.
At least one author should register and pay the registration fee by the same deadline.

The source file (of the final version only) should be preferably provided in lncs latex single file, with figures separately bundled in eps format. The whole set of files must be archived as one single file in the accepted format (zip, tar, gz, gzip, etc....)

Camera ready articles for Proceedings

Accepted papers will appear in the Conference Proceedings published by Springer Verlag

as a Lecture Notes in Computer Science volume.

and available to participants upon registration at the conference desk.
